When the inspection is complete, we'll send you an itemized report of our findings within 24 hours that includes helpful photographs and videos to highlight pertinent details and to better explain any complicated issues. For damaged or inaccessible roofing systems, a Spectoscope will be used at no extra cost to thoroughly inspect the roof as planned. A moisture meter may also be used in certain areas of the home to check for potential moisture intrusion.
